One part of your comment, when you said “I’ve interviewed many graduates who come out of university thinking university is about learning, workplace about doing. The irony is that it’s the other way round and education is a lifelong process.” really resonated with me.
It’s a pity most people associate “learning” with closed environments such as a physical classroom, and don’t really appreciate the fact that learning ought to be a continuous process… and not just within the boundaries of official educational institutions.
