Churn is a measure of the number of people leaving a network or brand in a given time period. Loyal customers churn less. In the mobileYouth Economy, Retention is the new acquisition. Churn is the mother of all costs. Companies with low loyalty rates (often Anti-Social Businesses) will have the lowest operating margins, the lowest Influence and the lowest usage levels for new product launches.
